CECU Needs Your Help!

There are openings on CECU’s Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee for 3-year terms. The Credit Union is guided and managed by the Board of Directors. The Supervisory Committee is responsible for audit control and oversight.

The Board of Directors meet once a month and duties include: serve as trustee of membership, plan for the long-term development and needs of the credit union, review progress of the credit union in serving member needs, declare dividends and establish reserves, establish and approve annual budget and other duties.

The Supervisory Committee meets once a month and duties include: submit audit reports to the Board of Directors and summaries to members at the annual meetings, and determine whether the credit union has established and maintained effective internal controls to ensure that management practices and procedures safeguard member’s assets.

The Credit Union can’t function without volunteers on the Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee. Please consider volunteering.
