CECU is thrilled to offer free credit scores for members within Virtual Branch and our mobile app! The service is called Credit Sense and is powered by our current partner, SavvyMoney. We are always looking for ways to save our members money. With Credit Sense you can make rate and payment comparisons to find the best deal for you.

It’s a “soft pull” on your credit report and does not affect your score.

Up to four scores per Virtual Branch login may be obtained (you, spouse, children, etc.,).

It’s easy to get your score:

Log into Virtual Branch and click the “Self Service” tab.

Under the heading Member Requests, you will see a link to Credit Sense.

You’ll fill out a short form and answer some questions to identify yourself.

You get your score!
Anytime you log into Virtual Branch, you can check your score by inputting the last four digits of your Social Security number. You can access Credit Sense from the mobile app once you are securely logged in. Your score will be pulled each month, and you’ll receive an email letting you know if your score changed that month.
Monitor your Credit
Credit report monitoring is a key feature of the Credit Sense program – members’ files are scanned daily for important changes to their credit report, and we send alerts when such changes are detected. These alerts are not only related to credit accounts but also things like change in address and change in employment which are relevant for identity monitoring. This monitoring feature is always on, even when your members become inactive.
