Visa Conversion

CECU will be undergoing a conversion with our Visa credit card vendor from 9/16/2021 – 9/22/2021.

Unfortunately, our Visa credit card access through Virtual Branch has been down. Our vendor is working on fixing this before it is down for conversion. If you need assistance making a payment, please contact CECU at 888-897-2323 or CECU@mdc.mo.gov. You may also call the number on the back of your card. We apologize for the inconvenience.

What this means for you:

  • Payments – There will be no option to process a Visa payment during this time. Please make your payment by the 9/15 due date to avoid issues.
  • Online Access – Access to Visa card information online will not be available during this time. Visa information will be purged from Virtual Branch during the downtime. After conversion, Visa information will appear differently online. You will still access this through Virtual Branch.
  • Account Numbers – The Visa number you see on your statement and online will be changing. Your card number will not be changing. You will continue to use the card you already have.
  • Virtual Branch Payments – Automatic payments set up through Virtual Branch will need to be set up again after our conversion is over.
  • Maintenance – CECU staff will not be able to process maintenance requests during this time. If you are traveling, please inform us of your travel dates before the downtime.
