CECU Response to the Coronavirus

The Coronavirus Pandemic has now been verified in our branch's local area. To safeguard our member and employee health, CECU has implemented the following actions.

Effective July 6, 2020:

  • CECU will require masks for any members entering our building. We also require them for any staff that have been traveling outside of our local area. Hand sanitizer and masks remain available to those entering our lobby.

Effective May 11, 2020:

  • Our lobby is open normal business hours with a limit of 2 members at a time allowed to enter. We have hand sanitizer, masks and gloves available for member use while in our building.
  • Loan officers and other support staff available by appointment only. Please contact our office at (573) 522-4000 to arrange an appointment.
  • Our annual meeting will occur virtually. Details will be available soon.

Effective April 30, 2020:

  • Normal Drive-Thru Hours - Our drive thru will be open on weekdays from 8 am - 4:30 pm. 
  • Lobby Closed but Available by Appointment - Our lobby will remain closed but we will allow limited member access by appointment only.

Effective March 31, 2020:

  • Limited Drive-Thru Hours - Our drive thru will be open from 10 am - 2 pm on weekdays. We have a drop box available for member deposits when the window is closed.
  • ATM Fee Refunds - CECU will refund any foreign ATM fees for members. Simply produce a receipt and you will be credited. 

Effective March 19, 2020:

  • Drive-Thru Only Access – We are limiting our lobby availability to the general public. We will continue to serve members through our drive thru window during normal business hours.
  • Remote Staffing – Some of our staff have been sent home to work remotely. We are working closely with our IT resources to make this a smooth and seamless process for member interaction.
  • Annual Meeting - Our annual meeting will be postponed until summer. We will announce a date once the decision has been made.

Please remember that CECU has the following remote services available for our members.

  • Virtual Branch & Mobile App – Access your account, make transfers, and pay bills from your computer or smartphone. You can even do a remote deposit of a check.
  • Call Center Availability – There are many things that we can do via phone to help you manage your account. You will receive access to a real person who can quickly meet your needs.
  • Shared Branching or ATM Access – You can find a location near you if you do need to complete a financial transaction. You can find locations on our interactive map.
  • Online Applications – Apply for a loan or membership via online application.

If you are suffering financially due to the Coronavirus impact, CECU may be able to help. We are implementing measures to help our members face the economic issues surrounding this outbreak. Please contact us today as we may be able to offer some relief.
